Explore Covenant with CHUMC

Sunday, February 24th and March 2nd, CHUMC will offer “Exploring Covenant,” a class for anyone thinking of joining our congregation. This combination crash course of “CHUMC and Methodism 101” puts a new twist on the traditional “new members” class. You’ll have a chance to meet others who are new (and some not so new) to the church and to learn what it means to pursue discipleship as a professing "member" of a local United Methodist church. Class will be held from 1-4pm in the parlor. RSVP to Rev. Ginger at 202-546-1000. It may be the case that you want to join CHUMC, but are not able to commit to a class. Please be assured that participation in the class is not a requirement for entering covenant with CHUMC! Just let Rev. Ginger know "where you are" and what you need so that she can support you on the discipleship adventure!
