Gather with us as we mark the beginning of the holy season of Lent with a reflective, joint evening of worship alongside our sister congregation, Ebenezer United Methodist Church.

Ash Wednesday marks the start of a 40-day journey of reflection, truth-telling, and spiritual renewal. In a world that often demands perfection and relentless busyness, this service invites us to step back, acknowledge our mortality and fragility, and turn our hearts toward God’s boundless mercy.

What to Expect

• Shared Liturgy & Fellowship: We are honored to host our neighbors and partners in ministry from Ebenezer UMC in our sanctuary for this shared service of music, scripture, prayer, and contemplation.

• The Imposition of Ashes: All attendees will be invited forward to receive ashes marked on their foreheads or hands as a sign of repentance and grace.

• Open to All: Whether this is a lifelong annual tradition for you or your first time observing Ash Wednesday, you are warmly welcomed into this shared sanctuary of grace.

If your evening schedule doesn't allow you to attend, stop by our front steps between 8 AM and 10 AM this morning for Ashes on the Steps.
